Ladies of the Legend Field Trip to IKC Dojo in LI

Ladies of The Legend went on a field trip with Shihan Varon and visited an old friend/student and Instructor for the IKC Dojo in Oceanside, LI. At the request of their head instructor-Sensei Edel, the ladies had an excellent opportunity to practise with other members of the IKC Shotokan Dojo.
It was an excellent refresher prior to leaving for Japan and provided an opportunity meet new friends and practise in a new dojo. Ladies you looked great!
